COVID-19 and its impact on (inclusive) education

On 25 September 2020, PhoenixKM’s CEO Karel Van Isacker will be one of the panel members of the virtual “International scientific conference on philosophy of mind and cognitive modelling in education – PCE2020 – Plenary lecture”, starting at 10.00 a. m. CET. A detailed programme is available via the conference website. The virtual conference will address the impact of COVID-19 on the educational system in various EU countries. Our focus will be on Belgium and Bulgaria, and especially how it has impacted inclusive education. This event is organised by the University of Maribor, Slovenia. Following topics will be addressed for Belgium and Bulgaria: Overall situation regarding the pandemic in your respective countries. How has the pandemic affected schoolwork; what kind of solutions have you come up with; what has been the response? What kind of preparations have you made for the current school year, and how did you start the year?  What were the responses of the entire society and teaching profession to the proposed concept of school for the school year 2020/2021? Event – Support for teachers and sport trainers to plan and organize inclusive sports activities

PhoenixKM will participate in the event “Support for teachers and sport trainers to plan and organize inclusive sports activities” on 16 September 2020 at Imperial Hotel, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This event will present the results of the project “Sports for All” – ST4ALL, 590416-EPP-1-2017-1-BG-SPO-SCP, co-financed by the Erasmus + program of the European Union. Event – Challenges of the inclusive education nowadays

On 02 September 2020, the PhoenixKM team will participate in the final multiplier event “Challenges of the inclusive education nowadays”, organised by the Erasmus+ Strategic partnership project in School Education “Training of teachers as inclusive education ambassadors”. Digitale marketingvaardigheden in de toeristische sector – Bevraging

Beste, Graag hadden wij 5 minuten van uw tijd willen vragen om een vragenlijst in te vullen betreffende digitale marketingvaardigheden in de toeristische sector. Het DIGITOUR-project (Erasmus+ project – https://www.digitourism.eu/), heeft tot doel digitale marketingvaardigheden te ontwikkelen voor KMO’s die actief zijn in het toerisme in België, Griekenland, Spanje en Turkije, teneinde hun omzet te verhogen. Bent u: · manager van een kleine en middelgroot toeristische onderneming? · een digitale marketeer actief in de toeristische sector en de horeca? · een ICT-manager in de toeristische sector en de horeca? Dan horen we graag van u! Met deze bevraging willen we de vereiste kennis en vaardigheden identificeren die digitale toerisme marketeers in horecabedrijven zouden moeten hebben om zakelijke kansen te benutten via online marketing. Vervolgens zullen we een specifiek trainingsprogramma ontwikkelen om deze digitale vaardigheden te verbeteren. ECOGARD event in Ieper on 01/04/2020 – GEANNULEERD/CANCELLED

Deze event is geannuleerd. De stad Ieper heeft opgeroepen om omwille van de COVID-19 pandemie alle indoor en outdoor evenementen – ongeacht het aantal aanwezigen – niet te laten plaatsvinden. We nemen dan ook onze verantwoordelijkheid op om een verdere verspreiding van het virus tegen te gaan. In het kader van het ECOGARD Erasmus+ project nodigen we u vriendelijk uit naar onze event op 1 april in Ieper in het Ondernemerscentrum (Grachtstraat 13, 8900 Ieper). ECOGARD project richt zich op de opleiding en kwalificatie van mensen met een beperking door middel van de ontwikkeling van een cursus “ecologische groentetuinbouw op basis van ECVET-leerresultaten”.
